Privacy

What this site collects, where it goes, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted. Written to be read, not to be defensible.

Last updated 2026-09-28

The short version

Nothing on this website reads your accounts. The only personal information we hold is what you type into a form and send us, plus the ordinary traffic measurement described below. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we delete it when you ask.

What each form collects

Every form on this site is the same component writing to the same place. What differs is the questions.

  • Get a demo — your name, your work email, a company URL, and one sentence about what is stuck. On the longer version of this form we also ask what would make the work a success, when you are trying to move, and who else needs to agree. We use all of it to decide how to reply.
  • Contact — your name, your email, what the message is about, and the message. We use it to reply.

Every form also carries a hidden field that you cannot see and never fill in. A submission with something in it is a bot, and we discard it without storing anything.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, a phone number, a postal address, a date of birth, or any special-category information. If you put something in a free-text box that you would rather we did not keep, tell us and we will remove it.

Where it goes

Your submission is sent to this site's own server endpoint, which forwards it to our leads database. It is stored in a hosted SQLite database run by Turso. Each row carries the answers you gave, which form they came from, and a tag recording whether the submission arrived from the live site or from a test build.

A person reads it — not a routing system — and every reply comes from hello@dana.xyz. There is no automated sequence, no scoring service, no enrichment provider, and no advertising platform in that path.

If the write to the database fails, the form tells you so and nothing is stored. We would rather show you an error than a thank-you page over a lost message.

How long we keep it

We keep a submission for as long as it takes to answer it, and then for up to twenty-four months, so that a conversation picked up later still has its context. After that it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do, within thirty days of the request.

Who else processes it

These are the third parties involved in running this site. There are no others.

  • Vercel — hosts the site and runs the one server endpoint that receives form submissions. Vercel sees the request, including the originating IP address, in the ordinary course of serving it.
  • Vercel Analytics — counts page views. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you across sites.
  • Turso — stores the submitted rows described above.
  • Google Fonts — the two typefaces this site uses are loaded from Google's servers, so your browser makes a request to them when a page loads. That request carries your IP address and your browser's user agent. It is the one third-party request on the page, and we name it here rather than leave you to find it in the network tab.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It stores one value in your browser's local storage — dana-theme, which remembers whether you chose light or dark. It never leaves your device and it identifies nothing.

Connected accounts

This website connects to nothing of yours. Nothing here asks for access to a calendar, a mailbox, a repository or a drive, and nothing here reads one.

A Nodus environment is a separate thing, set up by a person with you rather than by this site. What it reads, what it stores and how you revoke it is described where it is set up, before anything is connected — not here, and not after the fact.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction to it, or its deletion, and we will do it within thirty days. One email address does all three: hello@dana.xyz. You do not need to explain why, and asking costs you nothing else — we will still answer whatever you originally wrote to us about.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not quietly revise it; the change ships in the same release as whatever it describes.

hello@dana.xyz. It is the only address for this site, and a person reads it.
